FADE IN:

EXT. NEWPORT BEACH – PENINSULA VILLAGE

A silver Porsche convertible glides along the coastal road, the golden light of sunset reflecting off its sleek body. The wind dances through the open car as an ATTRACTIVE COUPLE in their 30s arrives at the Peninsula Village luxury condos.

EXT. PENINSULA VILLAGE – ENTRANCE – SLOW MOTION

The WOMAN steps out, her hair catching the wind, her silk scarf slipping from her fingers. It flutters through the air, carried by the ocean breeze, as PALM TREES sway above her. She closes her eyes, breathing in the salt-kissed air.

CUT TO:

WAVES crashing in slow motion against the rocky Newport coast. A perfect rhythm, eternal and serene.

EXT. PENINSULA VILLAGE – BOARDWALK – EVENING

The MAN watches her, a knowing smile on his lips. He reaches for her hand. Their silhouettes are framed against the Peninsula Bay, where sailboats and yachts glide smoothly across the shimmering water.

CLOSE-UP: A boat slices through the calm, leaving a perfect ripple. Sunlight reflects off champagne glasses as beautiful people laugh, lost in the moment.

INT. PENINSULA VILLAGE – LUXURY CONDO – NIGHT

Sheer white drapes billow as the couple steps inside. The WOMAN brushes her fingers through the flowing fabric. The MAN moves behind her, holding her close as they gaze out at the breathtaking view.

CLOSE-UP: A single water droplet falls into a spa bath. The WOMAN reclines in warm, inviting water, candlelight flickering around her. Her eyes close as she drifts into a memory...

MONTAGE – SLOW MOTION

– Running barefoot on the soft beach, laughter in the air. – Her flowing linen dress catches the wind as he spins her against the sparkling ocean. – A YOGA MAT unfurls at the Peninsula’s edge. The couple stretches, hands rising toward the sky. – The camera soars upwards, revealing the stunning Peninsula Village property beneath them.

EXT. PENINSULA VILLAGE – NIGHT

A gondola glides along the bay. It could be Venice. They toast, eyes locked in the flickering lantern light.

CUT TO:

A golden fire pit ignites. Drinks are poured. Two CLOSE FRIENDS join them, laughter weaving through the night air.

INT. PENINSULA RESTAURANT – NIGHT

Glistening plates of exquisite cuisine are set before them. Wine glasses clink. Smiles, warmth, indulgence.

EXT. LUXURY CONDO BALCONY – NIGHT

The couple stands against the backdrop of the bay, its lights reflecting in the water below. A final toast. A moment of quiet bliss.

INT. BEDROOM – NIGHT

The MAN unbuttons his shirt. The WOMAN slips off her shoes. The sheer drapes billow, obscuring the scene as the screen fades to black.

MORNING LIGHT

Sunlight pours into the room. The MAN, already awake, reaches out for her hand.

MATCH CUT:

EXT. BOAT – PENINSULA BAY – MORNING

His hand helps her onto their sleek boat. The drone camera circles them, sweeping upwards to reveal the full majesty of Peninsula Village.
