Linsay has agreed to provide the voiceover for the fee already included in our budget, with full usage rights granted in perpetuity—so there will be no additional costs moving forward.

With your approval, I’d like to proceed with finalizing the all-rights, in-perpetuity agreement with her.

For workflow, I’ll use her audition VO in the initial edit. Once we review the first cut together, we’ll finalize the script and schedule the final VO session. There will also be flexibility to make slight script adjustments after you’ve seen the first cut.
